Return & Refund Policy
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure that our product is the very best it can be and we hope you will love it, we understand that sometimes things don’t look like you had hoped (we have all been there). If you love the garment but it doesn’t fit you quite right drop us a line, there may be something that we can do to resolve it so you end up with a garment that you adore but if you are not feeling the love then you have 14 days to return the garment to us, any returns after that can only be accepted with our discretion.
All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to email@example.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the returns instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, and do not refund postage costs.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags.
Returns to store
Online orders can be returned to our Margate store within 14 days of receipt of product. Please bring with you the order confirmation with your order number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages due to wear and tear
By eschewing seasons and trends our whole aim is to deliver you a garment that will last, for us sustainability is about buying pieces that you will wear for a very long time and in order to achieve this we are happy to offer free repairs on garments when the damage is caused by were and tear. Either bring the item to the store or contact us via the “contact us” tab online and we can get you on your way.
As all our garments are small batch garment dyed in house we are able to offer our customers a “re-dye” service on the cotton drill items. For a processing fee of £10 we will either re-dye your garment in the original colour if they start to feel jaded or stained, or if it is a light colour we can over dye to an alternative colour incase you fancy a change, though you will have to either bring into store or cover postage.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can also put any items aside before your returned goods get back to us, but we will only send the exchanged goods upon receiving your original order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We will send you a confirmation email to notify you we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, dependent on the card issuer. Refunds via Paypal take between 5 to 10 working days to arrive into your Paypal account.
