EU Deliveries Update

We are sorry, but we have had to temporarily suspend shipping to the EU. We really hope it's only temporary whilst we understand what the new regulations mean for our business and customers. New packaging regulations regarding recyclable materials came into effect on the 12th of August 2026. Unfortunately for retailers, it's not one set of rules for the whole of the EU. The requirements differ from one country to another, which makes it very difficult for small businesses such as ourselves to navigate the new rules.

At Les Animaux our business is built around sustainability and our packaging is eco-friendly. Our bags, tissues, and tape is all recyclable. As we are already compliant with the EU requirements, it's our hope that we will be able to resume sales to the EU as soon as we have a clear understanding of our obligations to meet the necessary regulations for each country and ensure we are able to comply with them before we accept any more orders. We also as a business need to understand any potential costs involved for each country. We may resume country by country whilst we work to fully resume EU orders.
